Friday in Cairo: 'We want th revolution back on track'

Tens of thousands gathered in Tahrir Square on Friday to answer the call sent out to re-take the streets to 'save the revolution'. The call to restart demonstrations in Cairo’s Tahrir Square was adopted by several political groups, including the  Youth Coalition of the Revolution of 25 January, who want that unfulfilled demands of the revolution will be met. Among these: a change to the constitution in order diminish the powers of the president, disbanding the former ruling National Democratic Party, bringing to trial all corrupt figures including former president Mubarak, the trial of those responsible foor the killings during trhe 18 days of protest, ending the state of emergency, releasing political prisoners.
